I used reclaimed wood and rocks that I ethically obtain. I find my own rocks and minerals to cut, polish, and work with everything by hand. Locally found rocks and minerals from Utah. This art piece depicts the moon cycle with geodes I found. Great center piece for bedrooms, living rooms, or anywhere you want a natural / rustic touch.  Formed approximately 6-8 million years ago, rhyolitic rocks with gas bubbles left cavities where mineral rich waters saturated in and crystalized.
